Use sensors instead of needles to check your glucose level

Diabetics who have been pricking their fingers for years finally have another option. Freestyle Libre is a small patch that can be easily applied to the upper-arm. With a simple scan, the sensor can read your glucose levels, no needles or blood necessary. The device keeps readings for up to ten days, making it much easier to see any patterns or trends in your blood sugar readings, and it even shows these readings in an easy to understand line graph.
The product is currently available at drug stores in the United States.

Please slowly reduce your injection level. Try to control through proper diet. There are many solutions I know.
    (1) Have Avarambu , kottai pakku and noolkol grinded and take it put in water and distill it. drink this water regularly in empty stomach
    (2) Have Naval Pazham (which is violet in color) with bitter taste regularly
    (3) Have seeragam in plantain and have it in the night. This will give better sleep and reduce your timing of getting in the night regularly.
    (4) Have 100 gm Kodumai (not powder) , 100 gm barley, 100 gm Karum seeragam , heat it in hot water distill it and keep it in glass container. Take for two weeks. The first week on all days. The next week on alternate week days.
    (4) Always avoid white substances and take biitter vegetables atleast in a week so that if you reduce your sugar intake and follow all these , you will definitely get relief.
