தந்தையர் தினம்: முதல் ஹீரோ அப்பாதான்!

சென்னை: ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தைக்கும் முதல் ஹீரோ தந்தைதான். அவரை ரோல்மாடலாக வைத்துக்கொண்டுதான் ஒவ்வொரு செயலையும் செய்வார்கள். தந்தைக்கு மரியாதை செலுத்தும் விதமாக ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஜூன் 3வது ஞாயிறன்று தந்தையர் தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. சிறு வயதிலேயே குழந்தைகளுக்கு, தந்தையை மதிக்க கற்றுத் தருவதே இத்தினத்தின் நோக்கம். தாய் ஒரு குழந்தையை கருவில் 10 மாதங்கள் சுமந்து பெற்றெடுத்தார் என்றால், குழந்தையை தனது தோள்மீது தூக்கி சுமந்து வளர்ப்பவர் தந்தைதான். அன்பை கூட அதட்டலாக வெளிப்படுத்துவதான் தந்தையின் சிறப்பு. எப்படி இந்த தந்தையர் தினம் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது என்பதே ஒரு சுவாரஸ்யமான தகவல். நாம் அதற்குள் போகவேண்டாம். நாள்தோறும் அப்பா சொல் கேட்காமல், அவரை எதிர்த்து பேசி சண்டை போட்டாலும் இந்த ஒரு நாளிலாவது அவர் சொல் பேச்சு கேட்கலாம்.

There is less hoo haa on Fathers day..for that I admire men..they dont expect to be glorified despite being sperm donors but mothers on the other hand keep on expecting to be glorified everyday till death for being ova donorsLOL

அப்பா... இந்த வார்த்தைக்குக் கட்டுப்படாதவர்கள் மிகக் குறைவு.

பெரும்பாலும் கண்டிப்பே அப்பாக்களின் பிம்பமாக இருக்கும்.

ஆனால், அது பிள்ளைகளின் பார்வையே! உண்மையில் அவர் மனசு என்ன?!

பிள்ளைகளின் பார்வையில் தங்களின் ஒவ்வொரு வயதிலும் அப்பா தங்களுக்கு எப்படிப்பட்டவராக இருக்கிறார் என்பதைச் சொல்லும் குட்டிக்கதை ஒன்று உண்டு!

5 வயது - ‘என் சூப்பர் ஹீரோ!’

10 வயது - 'வீட்டில கொஞ்சம் கத்துவார்... மத்தபடி நல்லவர்தான்!'

15 வயது - ‘எப்போ பார்த்தாலும் என்னைத் திட்டிக்கிட்டே இருக்கார்... சொல்லிவைம்மா அவர்கிட்ட!’

20 வயது - ‘எப்படிம்மா இப்படி ஒரு ஆளைக் கல்யாணம் பண்ணிக்கிட்ட?!'

Do fathers get less love? Say, less than what mothers get?

We’ll go by our time-tested twin formula to lead to the point: Trust math, follow the West. A report on the BBC website says the amount of money people spend on Father’s Day goes up every year, but trails far behind Mother’s Day. In the US, it says, the average expenditure on gifts per father is expected to be $135 this year, with the total expected to reach $15.5 billion. That’s almost Rs 1,000 billion. And this is less. By contrast, the average spending is $186 on Mother’s Day presents this year in the US, for a total of $23.6 billion. Data for the UK is on similar lines.

That settles the first two questions. But, who is to blame for dads losing out to moms in terms of gifts and, thus obviously, love?

To create journalistic balance, the same BBC report quotes Kit Yarrow, a consumer psychologist at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, who says that today’s fathers have a “more emotional” relationship with their children than past generations, and it is “a whole lot easier to buy presents for him, because his kids know him on a deeper level”.

Let’s be honest here. Those who actually know which colours their dads like, please raise your right hands. You guys are weird.

Hello Sravna..its only in Kaliyuga we are forced to be eka patni or eka pati..other yugas everyone had multiple liaisons.

Arjuna was polygamous..he got the Geeta.

Most fathers who are senior citizens pat their own back for the way they have brought up their children.

Most do not realise that they have not prepared them for modern challenges of living which they learn through hit and trial.

There is no sense in glorifying fathers except for the reason that they donated their sperms for their children .

Having fathers or mothers day is not an indian concept.

It is floated by the business class to sell their products.

பின் அமைதியாக சொன்னார் : “இல்லை .. என் குடும்பம் மிக மிக எளிமையான குடும்பம் .. ஒரு சாதாரண கிராமத்து பெண் நான் ..!”

நிருபர்கள் அடுத்த கேள்வியை வீசினார்கள் : “ மேடம் ..உங்கள் குடும்பம் .... அம்மா அப்பா பற்றி சொல்லுங்களேன் ..?”

ஸ்ருதியிடம் மீண்டும் மௌனம் .

நிருபர்களுக்கு ஒன்றும் புரியவில்லை .

ஒருவேளை தாங்கள் கேட்டது ஜட்ஜ் ஸ்ருதிக்கு புரியவில்லையோ ..?

“மேடம் .. நாங்கள் கேட்டதற்கு நீங்கள் இன்னும் பதில் சொல்....”

“ஸாரி ..என்ன கேட்டீர்கள் ..?”

ஸ்ருதி நிருபர்களை உற்று நோக்கினார் . “ஒரு நிமிடம் என்னோடு வெளியே வர முடியுமா..? ப்ளீஸ் ”
நிருபர்கள் பதில் கேள்வி கேட்டார்கள் : “எங்கே மேடம்..? எங்கே வரச் சொல்கிறீர்கள்?”

ஸ்ருதி நடந்தபடியே நிருபர்களை திரும்பிப் பார்த்து சொன்னார் : “என் அப்பாவை உங்களுக்கு அறிமுகம் செய்து வைக்கப் போகிறேன்..”

“ஓஹோ”- நிருபர்கள் கேமராவை தயார் செய்தபடி ஸ்ருதியை பின் தொடர்ந்தார்கள் .
ஸ்ருதி வேகமாக நடந்தபடியே சொன்னார் : “என் அப்பா இந்த கோர்ட்டுக்குள்தான் இருக்கிறார் !”

நிருபர்களுக்கு ஒரே ஆச்சரியம் !

ஒரு நிருபர் கேட்டார் : “ ஓ ... உங்கள் அப்பாவும் நீதிபதியா மேடம்?”

“இல்லை..”

இன்னொரு நிருபர் கேட்டார் : “சீனியர் வக்கீலா ..?”

“இல்லை..”

வெகு வேகமாக நடந்து சென்ற ஸ்ருதி , கோர்ட் வளாகத்தின் ஒரு மரத்தின் நிழலில் ஒதுங்கி நின்றார் .
நிருபர்களைப் பார்த்து கேட்டார் :

“நாம் ஆளுக்கு ஒரு கப் டீ சாப்பிடலாமா ?”

நிருபர்களும் மரத்தடியில் ஒதுங்க ... சற்று தள்ளி நின்ற டீ விற்பவர் நிருபர்களை நோக்கி வந்தார் .
அவர் ஒவ்வொரு கப்பாக டீயை ஊற்றிக் கொடுக்க ... ஸ்ருதி தன் கையாலேயே அதை வாங்கி எல்லா நிருபர்களுக்கும் கொடுக்க ...

டீயை குடித்து முடித்த நிருபர்கள் “ மேடம் .. நாம் போகலாமா..?”

ஸ்ருதி நிருபர்களை நோக்கி கேட்டார் : “எங்கே..?”

நிருபர்கள் சற்றே குழம்பி ..

“மேடம் ..உங்கள் அப்பாவை எங்களுக்கு அறிமுகப்படுத்தி வைப்பதாக ....”

ஸ்ருதி புன்னகைத்தார் : “ஓ...ஆமாம் ..அவரை உங்களுக்கு இன்னும் நான் அறிமுகப்படுத்தவில்லை அல்லவா..?.....ஓகே ...போட்டோ எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்”..என்று சொன்ன ஸ்ருதி புன்னகையோடு , சற்றுமுன் அவர்களுக்கு டீ கொடுத்த அந்த டீ விற்பவரை அழைத்தார்
:
“அப்பா ..இங்கே கொஞ்சம் வாங்க !”
.
திகைத்துப் போனார்கள் அத்தனை நிருபர்களும் !

ஸ்ருதி அந்த டீ விற்பவரின் அருகில் நின்று கொண்டு , நிருபர்களை நோக்கி பெருமையாக சொன்னார் : “ "இவர்தான் என் அப்பா ...பல வருஷங்களாக டீக்கடை நடத்தி வருகிறார் . இதோ .. இந்தக் கோர்ட்டுக்கு எதிரேதான் எங்கள் டீக்கடை இருக்கிறது ... கோர்ட்டுக்கு உள்ளே வருபவர்களுக்கும் என் அப்பாதான் டீ விற்பனை செய்கிறார் .. இவரது கடும் உழைப்பினால்தான் கஷ்டப்பட்டு படித்து , இன்று இதே கோர்ட்டுக்குள் நான் ஜட்ஜ் ஆகஇருக்கிறேன் ...!”

நிருபர்கள் இன்னும் திகைப்பு மாறாமல் நின்றார்கள் .

ஸ்ருதி அவர்களைப் பார்த்து புன்னகையோடு சொன்னார் : “ஓகே .. என் அப்பா மற்றவர்களுக்கு டீ வழங்க வேண்டும் .. நானும் சிலருக்கு தீர்ப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும் .. நான் வரட்டுமா ..?”

ஜட்ஜ் ஸ்ருதி கம்பீரமாக கோர்ட்டுக்குள் நடந்து சென்றார் .

அந்த தந்தை ஆனந்தக் கண்ணீரோடு அதைப் பார்த்து நின்றார் .
.
“தெய்வங்கள் எல்லாம் தோற்றே போகும் தந்தை அன்பின் முன்னே
தாலாட்டு பாடும் தாயின் அன்பும் தந்தை அன்பின் பின்னே”

pious and nice and father is unwanted....
