[h=1]Happy Madras Week: Kolam drawing[/h]
Kolam, an artistic expression in the form of geometric designs and intricate patterns, is drawn in front of the house to add charm and beauty. Practiced predominantly in south India, this art form caught the attention of one of our officers who wanted to learn how to draw it herself to celebrate #MadrasWeek! This video is part of a series of videos that show the rhythm of everyday life in Madras.
