But if you tell this to the kids in the U S of A, they might :Cry:!

They need a birthday party to get gifts, eat pizza and cake, and happily give the return gifts! :)

These parties are in the week end (mostly Saturdays) after the D O B and have theme.

One little boy had 'Halloween' as the theme. :cool:
