I could not laugh at.

I understand with concern the plight of the unemployed Engineering Graduates which is well portrayed.

Engineers have been totally devalued. Most from low and mid income families who opted for engg in private colleges spent a lot on education borrowing money from various sources are shocked that they are unable to get placed on graduation. They end up often remaining unemployed for several months and get only jobs sometimes in BPO firms having a bad work life with poor payments.Very few get into core engg jobs. The skills they have often do not meet the job needs. Some are soft skills and lack of knowledge of spoken english is often held against them. Many engg colleges have closed down due to many not opting for engg. It is indeed bad that we are unable to use the services of engrs who are fresh out of college.
