[h=1]Ease of doing business: Here's how India improved its ranking under PM Modi government[/h]India has become more efficient is business regulation. 10 years ago it took 127 days to start a new business in India. Now it takes just 29 days.

India moved 12 points up to rank 130 from 142nd position which was later revised to 134 after data corrections among 189 countries in World Bank's ease of doing business sector.

World Bank earlier had mentioned that India is a difficult place to do business and that the country needs various reforms to improve its ranking in the global 'Doing Business Index'. Now, when India's ranking has improved, World Bank points the reasons that made the country flare so well in 'Ease of Doing Business' sector.

Any upward movement in our ranking is welcome for such a diverse country as ours! 8 points is pretty good!
 
"ease of doing business" in this context means how easily the foreign investor can make unduly huge profits and also take it back home without paying any taxes. In effect how easy it is to exploit the country to the white man's prosperity. Should we be thumping our (56") chests for degrading our nation to this plunderable state?
