Wash and soak raw rice for an hour..

Drain out the water and spread it on a cloth which will soak the remaining water..

Once completely dry grind it into fine powder..

Sieve in between so that no coarse powder is there.

Now make jaggery syrup.. It should be cooked well.

Just add a drop of syrup in a cup of water to check.. If it settles down then it is done.

Switch off the gas. Now add the rice flour to it along with some cardamom powder and mix well like our regular dough.

Allow it to cool.

Now make small balls and spread them on plastic/butter paper using hands or rolling pin.

Heat oil n fry them. Yummy Adhirsams ready to be relished..
