About HCL Concert Series:
India is a land known for its ancient heritage and for the excellence of its performing arts. We at HCL are committed to nurturing and promoting the fine arts of music and dance by providing the performers with an open platform through our Concert Series. "HCL Concert Series" was started with the idea of identifying young and promising artists and giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent in vocal, instrumental and dance forms. Going forward, we also aim to bring the newer genres of performing arts into the fold of HCL's concert series. HCL has been organising the Concert Series in Delhi for last 15 years. This was expanded to Chennai in September, 2006. The Indian Habitat Centre, Delhi and The Music Academy, Madras have been our cultural partners for the creation and execution of these concerts. We hope to take this initiative to greater heights and develop it into a mecca for artists and connoisseurs of art and culture. Our dream is to create an arena when music and art can prosper and find a place in people's hearts.
