A leader of Hindu Mahasabha on Saturday stoked a controversy saying Muslims and Christians must undergo sterilisation to restrict their growing population which was posing a threat to Hindus.
"The population of Muslims and Christians is growing day by day. To rein in this, Centre will have to impose emergency, and Muslims and Christians will have to be forced to undergo sterilisation so that they can't increase their numbers," vice president of All India Hindu Mahasabha, Sadhvi Deva Thakur told reporters in Jind.
She also exhorted Hindus to have more children and increase their population so as to have an effect on the world. In another controversial remark, she said idols of Hindu gods and goddesses should be placed in mosques and churches.
Thakur also came out strongly in support of installing a statue of "patriot" Nathuram Godse in Haryana.

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Sunday waded into a potential controversy by saying the voting rights of Muslims should be revoked for some years to ensure the community is not used for vote bank politics.

In an article in the latest issue of the Shiv Sena's mouthpiece Saamna, Raut compared All India Majlis-e-Ittihadul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) leaders Asaduddin and Akbaruddin Owaisi to “poisonous snakes” who “exploit” the Muslim minority.

The Rajya Sabha member endorsed a call by late Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray, popularly known as Balasaheb, to revoke the voting rights of Muslims.

“If Muslims are only being used this way to play politics, then they can never develop. Muslims will have no future till they are used to play vote bank politics and thus Balasaheb had demanded that the voting rights of Muslims should be taken away. What he said is right,” Raut wrote.

Raut reiterated in the article: “Balasaheb had said 15 years ago that if the voting rights of Muslims are taken away for a few years, then the vote bank politics will stop.”

Muslims should at least understand that they can help control population in India,not taking their religion in this matter.

Muslim clerics can issue a fatwa and it will be implicitly followed. One of the suspects in the recent road rage death attack in delhi has seventeen brothers. Kerala church has announced that parents will be paid rs 10000 for the fifth child. Demographic threat is there for hindus, and has to be addressed.

The media and its mouthpieces searching and pasting irrelevant and deliberate anti hindu media reports from inconsequential so called leaders from assorted hindu outfits is deplorable.

Ambedkar insisted on complete exchange of population because that was the demand of two nation theory, and many who actively fought for the creation of pakistan stayed behind. Another blunder of gandhi-nehru coalition.

Hindus are hundred times more tolerant than these two abrahamic faiths and will find ways to consolidate their position and strength. In the mean time, reposting such irrelevant media mischief may not achieve anything except an iota of vicarious pleasure and auto gratification.
