Want to buy Agraharam House - Brokers / Developers excuse
We are a Brahmin family (wife & husband) looking to buy from present owners a traditional house in temple Agraharam.
We are not interested in developer or broker promoted houses / sites. We are looking for direct discussion with present owner.
The Patta (title) should be clear not natham patta and should be free from legal / family disputes as we are basing this intent upon absolute trust. This will be financed from our own retirement savings.
The location could be Tamil Nadu / Kerala Agraharams. For example, in and around Thanjavur, Mayavaram, Kumbakonam, Trichy, etc.
