Due to lack of 'Food for the Mind' many people especially children and youth are suffering with ADHD. Even i was a victim of ADHD for years which took me to the verge of depression. Educate yourself, Educate your friends for mental suffering is far more worse than physical illness; The former most often goes unnoticed and usually ignored. It is so unfortunate that many students are now suffering with one or other mental suffering these days.

General Symptoms:

ADHD: hyperactive, inattentive, impulsive, restlessness, not able to concentrate, too talkative, not able to control emotions, hyper reactive, uncontrollable anger - - -

Depression: In case of students: Sudden drop in academic percentage (80-90) to (40-60)%, Depressed Mood, pessimistic attitude, not interested to mingle with others, not trusting anyone, despair, Insomnia or sleeping too much, weight changes, Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, thoughts of suicide.

Remedy: Counseling from a good psychologist, prescribed drugs by certified Psychiatrist, assimilation of Super powerful ideas which serve as a perfect food for the mind, Yoga, Meditation, Music, Painting, Dance, Reading inspirational literature, Travelling, Bhajans(Devotional Singing), Prayer,- - -

May all be free from disabilities! (niraamayaah)
May all look (pashyantu) to the good of others!
