Siva Agamas

I am looking for a readable commentary. Unfortunately, unlike the vedas, Siva Agamas have not been expounded to the laity very much. These are followed by Sivacharyaras who perform poojas in temples which have been built as per agamic scriptures. Most of the Sivacharyas are read these using grantha scripts and rarely only with Devanagari scripts. Hence I am interested. Further, I would like to know more about how these relate to bakthi (do they have slokas like Vedas) and their philosophy, which I understand to be that of Saiva Siddhanta. In other words, are there any bashyams like we have Brahma Sutram and Dasoupanishads on the lines of what Sri Sankara, Sri Ramanuja and Sri Madhva wrote?
