Paneer Capsicum Fry | Madappalli - Temple's Kitchen

I have noticed that in India the dishes are called Paneer Fry,Fish Fry,Chicken Fry etc.

The word FRY is used at the back which is actually grammatically wrong..it should be Fried Fish,Fried Chicken etc.

For example its Kentucky Fried Chicken and not Kentucky Chicken Fry.

I guess its a direct word for word Translation from local Indian languages.
