Quick Pulao with left over gravy

Ingredients



Oil
Ghee
Rice ( cooked rice )
Salt
Lemon Juice

Preparation Method

Heat oil and ghee in a pan
Add chopped onion, remaining gravy (veg), rice, salt, lemon juice

Cook them together keeping flame in low.

Serve hot with raita

we do pulavo regularly...becoz left over of gravy/any poriyal......in the end mix with rice left overs....

with left over rice one can have thayir sadam also with mustard , green chillies fried and thrown in and freezed . great in summer months .
for good pulav , one requires a different kind of basmati long and thin . normal rice would not be excellent.
