Our moms would do a good job of making us eat almonds early in the morning. These almonds would be soaked overnight and peeled and given to us, before packing us off to school in the morning.Did you know that this process reduces the inhibiting enzymes and improves digestion?

Well, you must because almonds are very famous for their health benefits and disease curing properties. They are rich in vitamin E, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and many more nutrients.

    Almonds are packed with B-complex vitamins which make it a great source of energy.

    Being a good source of energy and packed with nutrients, it helps in brain development and is considered as a vital food for growing children.
