Ingredients
  • 1 medium-sized potato, boiled, peeled, and mashed
  • 1 small-sized onion, finely chopped
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt to taste For the dough:
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp curd
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
Method

  • MIX all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead well. Add water if the milk is not enough; keep it aside for about 15 minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the filling; add spices and salt.
  • MAKE small, lemon-sized balls with the dough and roll them into mini rotis with a rolling pin. Make lemon-sized balls out of the filling and place it in the centre of the roti.
  • COVER the filling with roti and seal it. Roll it into circular parathas with a rolling pin. Sprinkle dry wheat flour on the paratha if required. Heat tava and cook parathas on both sides until done. Remove from tava and serve hot with curd or pickle.
