Here I am dear Raji Madam, you suggest and I don’t take the first step forward that will never happen… I hope you will like this initiation, and wish you will follow the thread and give me the necessary suggestions. Now, respected Ranganathan Sir to contribute with his superb song selections… I know he will add on... I keep on adding the dance sequences to the best of my capacity. I hope and invite all our friends to contribute and enjoy this thread. Thank you. Anandi

My dear friends,
I am on a spiritual retreat for the next 3 days. With the blessings of my mentor and Guru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, after the completion of Basic and Advanced courses of Art Of Living, I am on the path of learning yet another level of meditation; “The DSN Course”… It is from morning 5:00 am to night 10:00, it is a rigorous training program on Yoga, Padma Sadhana, Pranayam and Meditation and Much more... I am yet to explore it… I am already into the course from today 6:00 pm; tomorrow I have to report at 5: 30 am sharp. So, I won’t be available for next 3 days. Definitely, I am going to miss your threads and your jovial interactions etc... I will try to log in late night, just to update myself with the forum, maybe I won’t be able to contribute much , but definitely try to log in to be with all of you...I am very much eager and enthusiastic to read some of your threads which I can’t miss. Thank you, Have a nice weekend… Jai Gurudev… I belong to you…
"Here are my songs for the day… how can one forget.. the epic film Mugal-e-azam and the dance performance of legend Madhubala… her smile, her face, her acting and the ever sober.. Dilip kumar.. His silence too can speak volumes.. And the acting legend… Prithiv Raj Kapoor…. Just awesome…" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xa40eDEpjSc&feature=relatedhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJOkkUOU7UQ&feature=related

Dear Raji madam,

I like GNB although he is fast. A good musician and a learned man, post-graduate
in English literature. He was wedded to carnatic music and he chose it

His own sahithyams are many.

Dear NRR Sir,

Semmangudi was the Jambavan of carnatic music. No doubt about it. Thanks for posting the song.

GNB created the 'bruga' style in carnatic music and I have listened to one of his concerts when I was very young,

at Coimbatore Binny Subbarao's Ramanavami festival.

Regards,
Raji Ram
