Our country is known as the brain power of the world in the IT field. This implies that we keep our brain and brawn healthy. Our youth are very easily falling victims of mental depression and related diseases. We have found the refined product is the culprit to all these. Media also play a major role in diverting our attention towards these refined products for their commercial gains

Lord Krishna preached in bhagavat gita, you become what you eat, and there is a saying that when you take refined products you become coarse in nature and when you take coarse products you become refined in qualities

Nowadays as we know the basic of all our diseases is the junk food available in the market and easily accessible and easier for life. Woman is the maker and breaker in a family as all food comes from their kitchen, so awareness from this is very important in bringing out healthy foods, now what are they?

Indians have never been into bakery products in their regular meals, it has been well known for protein and starch which come in the form of idli, dosa, bajra, makai roti, upma, puri, with different types of dhall etc. if we can make these with non refined we stand to gain in the long run, with nutrition well provided in the meals that we plan for them. There is a detailed list of nutrients in unrefined starch is mentioned..

The visual media has ingrained in us that the refined oil is the best for us, but it is disease promoting. While refining many important nutrients like EFA essential fatty acids,

Good One. It is also common knowledge that a lot of preservatives are used to extend the shelf life of processed foods. These preservatives are indicated by E numbers which are mentioned in the ingredients on the product package. Here is a link for E numbers that one should avoid. This is a freaking long list so the best thing to do is avoid processed foods or keep it to a minimum.
