I saw one lady with dark pach on her face - after her visit to a herbal Spa in Kerala - usual herbal lotion massage - she reacted violently - had to cosult a doctor for treatment - Result post inflamatory black pigmentation ! Herbal Potion or Lotion - Caution needed!
