Tonsure at kula deivam temple

Hi All, Good Morning. I am Raja and I am the new member in this community.
I have one query.
Next week We have planned to tonsure for our daughter at our kula deivam temple.
Is any day (7 days in a week) fine to proceed this or is there any restriction fall to proceed the tonsure based on the days..
Also shall we proceed this during festivals like Ganesh Chadhurthi day..
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
