NEWAYGO COUNTY, Mich. – A few weeks ago, we brought you the story of a parrot who family members believed witnessed his owner’s murder.
The parrot allegedly replayed Martin Duram’s 2015 murder by mimicking two voices – a male and a female arguing. And the argument ended with the phrase, “Don’t f****** shoot.”
Now an arrest has been made in the case. Glenna Duram, the victim’s wife, was charged with first-degree murder and felony firearm possession on Thursday in connection with his death, FOX17 reports.
Duram is now being held without bond, and the prosecutor said that he hasn’t ruled out using the parrot as evidence.
