Buried a deceased crow on Mahalaya Amavasya

As a kid, I have watched my father bury any animal or bird which was found dead in our compound.

They were usually a cat or a crow but once it was a kingfisher!

He used to tell us not to throw them out of the compound to rot but give them a 'decent burial'! :)

Recently, I had to do that job for a cat, which was found dead in our compound.
