Achey din are over for IT?

At least two of my young relatives quit their iT jobs in india for MS abroad.

Poor compensation and low pay rises lead to their exit from one of the big four in india.

In name of productivity ,they are getting squeezed more

The foreign assignments these fellows are getting is making them captive labour abroad .

many of the business practises of iT companies such as visa misuse are getting investigated

Many are slowly moving to finance sector jobs

Even Law schools are getting attractive

Start ups are the new buzzwords.

Three /four freshers get together float a company with borrowed money and get into online business for some product or service.

Most sell out after making a packet in a short time

IT companies have to innovate to sustain the growth...No more 20% growth rates...Most are growing in single digits for the past 4-5 years and are sustaining by cost cutting only
