பெய்ஜிங்: சீனாவில் பெரும்பாலான நிறுவனங்களில் வேலை கேட்டு வருவோரின் ஜாதகத்தைப் பார்த்துத்தான் ஆள் எடுக்கிறார்கள். வேலை கேட்டு வருவோருக்கும், ஏற்கனவே அங்கு வேலை பார்ப்போருக்கும் இடையே ஒத்துப் போகுமா, ராசிப் பொருத்தம் சரியாக இருக்கிறதா என்று பார்த்து பிறகுதான் வேலைக்கு ஆள் எடுக்கிறார்கள். அதை விட முக்கியமாக சில வகை ராசிக்காரர்களை வேலைக்கே எடுப்பதில்லை. பொருத்தம் பார்த்து, ஜாதகம் பார்த்து வேலைக்கு ஆள் எடுக்கும் பழக்கம் ரஷ்யாவில் பரவலாக உள்ளது. ஒருவருக்கு வேலையில் நாட்டம் இருக்குமா, அவர் சரியாக வேலை பார்ப்பாரா, அவரால் நிறுவனத்திற்கு லாபம் இருக்குமா, சக ஊழியர்களுடன் ஒத்துப் போவாரா என்பதையெல்லாம் கண்டுபிடிக்க ஜாகத்தையே பெரும்பாலான நிறுவனங்கள் நம்புகின்றன.

மேலும் சிலர், சில குறிப்பிட்ட ராசிக்காரர்களை வேலைக்கே சேர்ப்பதில்லையாம். இதை வைத்து ஆன்லைனில் பலரும் கலாய்க்கும் சம்பவங்களும் தற்போது சீனாவில் நடந்து வருகிறது. தங்களது திறமையைப் பாருங்கள் என்றும் கோரிக்கை விடுக்கின்றனர். மற்றவர்களை விட நாங்கள்தான் சின்சியராக வேலை பார்ப்போம், அன்பு காட்டுவோம், கோபப்பட மாட்டோம், நம்பிக்கை துரோகம் செய்ய மாட்டோம் என்றெல்லாம் சொல்லி குறிப்பிட்ட ராசிக்காரர்கள் வேலை கேட்கும் சம்பவம் சீனாவில் நிகழ்ந்து வருவது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

The news came in Dinakaran day before yesterday paper. The point of contention is it is not entirely foolish in my opinion since this is also a natural trait they are looking for rather than the field of study. Compatibility with the employer and the employee like in marriages is necessary because we have to adjust ourselves to that environment.Most of the time we loose jobs not because we are not talented but because we are not being compatible with a particular company. Therefore the conclusion is it is better to study and acquire skill according to our natural ability and natural traits rather than acquiring some common education and skills for everybody. Even rajaji advocated "KULA KALVI" based on this only. We learn our parents or our ancestors skills so that when we are not able to get proper employment, we can at least survive with that.For Government also, it will not be a burden to find employment to all and giving dolls to unemployed graduates can be stopped. We can't eradicate poverty and We can't give employment for all (SELF HELP IS THE BEST HELP). Therefore the government should make the people to stand in their own legs by building self confidence in the way of acquiring education and skill based on their natural ability rather than giving half baked education to all.

Dear Vignesh ji,

You keep saying many times..work should be based on our natural ability..but what is the determining factor?

I was reading a story of a Dalit in North of India who was a son of a cobbler and studied hard and secured a degree and now he owns a shoe factory and also a hospital and is a millionaire.

In his case he did not leave his family profession ..his father was a cobbler..but only thru education and getting a degree he was able to learn about business and open a shoe factory.

He then wanted to give back to society and opened a hospital for the poor.

Without education he would have only remained a cobbler.

With education he owns a shoe factory.

So whatever said and done education is important for all.

What people choose to do after getting a degree is left to them.

Denying humans the right to education retards the society.
