There is book/ Magazine published in 1937, Rig Veda samhithai, By Sivathya nantha maha risi.Published at Sathu Achchu Koodam,Madras.
Can any one help me in finding this book in Tamil? -

You may approach them. Even if they do not have readily, they arrange
to supply it.
