SUN + MARS combination-Health problems

Dear Sir!

Sir! I am desperately need your help regarding his health problem.

I would like to ask few questions for my cousin who is 30 years old.
He had quite a few health troubles in 2009. We still don't know the root cause for that. He had immune related health problem (may be as a vegetarian he should have eaten well in abroad) and infections . He stayed in the hospital for 3 months. Thank god he recovered now and still on medication.

We hope that he will get married in 2010.
His health was ok till 2008.
1. Is it the SUN + MARS combination makes his health weaker?
2. Can he get married in 2010/11 and live a happy -healthy marriage life? (Because marriage involves with another life & also he is 30 yrs old)
