good thing you are open to vegetarian cook. hopefully the caste does not matter.

from what i gather in this forum and elsewhere, brahmin cooks are hard to find. they demand a premium and chances of holding on to them for an extended period is nil.

if i were in your position, i will go for cleanliness, skillset and loyalty above caste marks.
